Sophisticated Tropical American cuisine is served in this graceful plantation-style restaurant at the Manele Bay Hotel. The high ceilings and white walls make for an expansive feeling, while the colonnades and oil paintings add to the classical ambiance. The menu features fresh seafood in a variety of creative preparations. Signature items include Citrus Grilled Tiger Prawns (USD26) and Guava Glazed Baby Back Ribs (USD10). The wine list is short but eclectic. Vintages are specifically selected to complement menu items.
