Located at the Lodge at Koele, this restaurant has recently been featured in Gourmet Magazine and Bon Appetit. It serves excellent Pacific Rim and Continental cuisine, with specialty dishes that feature the seafood and produce of the Hawaiian Islands. Menu items include seared diver scallops (USD19, appetizer) and Hawaiian snapper (USD43). The pan-roasted Maine lobster (USD44) is a classic gourmet dish served with modern flair. The dining area is a study in refined elegance. The subtle gleam of mahogany and oil paintings is accented by the glitter of crystal and silver. Service is top-notch.
