Located on the same floor as the cinemas in the Hep Navio shopping center, The Emperor's Kitchen is extremely popular among young people and couples on a movie date--in fact, the crowd is almost exclusively so. Another reason is that the mainly pizza and pasta selections are incredibly good value. Most dishes are priced between JPY500 and JPY1,000. Although casual in atmosphere, small booths do provide some intimacy.
