Matsumotoro is not lavishly decorated, per se, but is certainly classy and, together with its elegant French menu, makes an appropriate place when your dining needs call for something a little nicer than normal. Although the portions are typically small, they are very good. Savor the food and let the taste linger a while before sipping on any of the many fine wines available. Entrees are generally priced between JPY1,500 and 3000, though the wines can cost much more.
