Planet Hollywood, a tradition started in 1991, now spans the globe and includes Puerto Vallarta. The menu offering a mix of Californian and Italian cuisine, with a touch of Mexican spices. The ambiance, as visitors have come to expect, is centered around Hollywood and its memorabilia. Items on display include things from Titanic to the Terminator.
