Spectacularly situated overlooking Caragh Lake with beautiful gardens rolling to the shore, Carrig House also boasts one of the finest restaurants in Kerry. This Victorian country house is tastefully decorated with period decor. The bow-shaped dining room takes full advantage of the vistas, particularly breathtaking in summer. Gardens, lake, and mountains surround you. The cuisine is a perfect complement, using organic produce from the house garden and fresh fish, poultry, and meats. There are interesting vegetarian options too. Menus change daily, but always offer superb choice. The seafood symphony is highly recommended and there is an excellent extensive wine list.
