McDonald's serves up all the old favorites and a few special items only found in Indonesia. Try the McRice (a hamburger served between two rice cakes) or the McSatay (a spicy satay burger) for a taste of McBali. Those tired of burgers and fries, should try the fried chicken and rice. Although open for breakfast, there is no special menu. With four locations in Kuta/Legian, one in Sanur and one in Denpasar McDonalds is always just around the corner. Average cost per person: IDR20,000
