Vegetarians in the Salt Lake City area now have a great place to dine. This restaurant offers vegan (non-dairy) options, as well as the regular vegetarian dishes. The owners use only the freshest of ingredients, and serve healthy soy shakes for dessert. Breakfast is served on weekends from 9a to 5p, but during the week, there are also other evening specials. Wednesday night is all-you-can eat pizza (USD6); Thursdays from 6p-10p it serves food from different countries. You can have a four-course meal for around USD12.
