Located near the Chateau Frontenac, Guido offers special Sunday brunches and tables d'hote. Private rooms are available. An eight-course sampler menu allows you to taste such specialties as fresh duck foie gras, shrimp and scallop fricassee with candied tomatoes, roasted whole pigeon, and buffalo tournedos. There is also an extensive wine list.

- Absolutely superb in every way, a gourmet's delight.
- There is nothing negative.
“I had the sampler menu, every course was superbly cooked. The service was fantastic without being ostentatious. Excellent choice of wine. It was definitely one of the best value for money meals I have had anywhere and I have eaten in 75 countries. Would recommend this restaurant, in fact if you visit Quebec and don't have a meal at Guido Le Gourmet you will have missed one of the top cuisine delights available.”
