A colonial atmosphere pervades this restaurant in the famous Royal Hotel located in the central business district. The waiters, dressed all in white with traditional turbans and aloof courtesy, usher you to your table set beneath palms. The curries are excellent and can be adapted for more European taste buds. One of the highlights of a meal here is the complimentary sambals-trolley from which you can select nearly a dozen condiments.
