This one-time private mansion is now a friendly and lively meeting place for the after-work and late-dining crowd, just a couple of blocks up from the waterfront. The paella is the best in town: a savory mixture of saffron rice with sherry and shellfish, sausage and red bell peppers. The Grilled salmon with caviar and cream is to die for; try their special offering: Martin's Drill, a four-course meal for two, which Chef Martin designs especially for you. There's a fine wine cellar and an oyster bar.
