Pinati13 King George Street, Jerusalem, IsraelTel: +972 2 625 4540 The quality of the food more than makes up for the busy atmosphere. The hummus with meat is considered a delicacy by most, along with its moussaka, and koubeh soup which is only served on Fridays in the summer. Everything is served with a hunk of onion, a whole chili pepper for the bravest diners, pickled cucumbers, and a hot pile of pitta bread replenished upon request. Since this is a place largely undiscovered by many tourists, don't expect silver service however you are guaranteed an authentic homemade feed at a good price.

“Pinati is fantastic. The host is eccentric, the service is incredibly fast, and the prices are low. If you dont mind sitting across the table from strangers and eating an authentic meal, Pinati is the place for you. Every time I go with my two buddies (at least once a week) we order the "chummus eem phul" and the "chummus eem bassar", chips, and a coke. We usually end up stuffed, and it comes out to 75 shekel, 25 shekel a person ($5 $6). I give this restaurant two thumbs up!” Popular Restraurants in JerusalemView all restaurants in Jerusalem
