This restaurant specializes in raw fish and various kinds of fried food. However, make sure to try the trademark dessert, fried ice cream. An amazing mixture of fried exterior and frozen interior makes this a taste sensation. Surin is simply decorated with modern furniture and ornaments, but that is not the main reason to visit here.
