The brunch at the Maui Prince is one of Maui's oldest, largest and most popular brunches. It is an extravagant affair with rooms full of dramatically arranged delicacies. Most parties stay about 90 minutes so as to have ample opportunity to sample the seemingly endless array of dishes. Although the menu changes every week, constants include a raw seafood bar, made-to-order omelets, gourmet cheeses and an outrageous dessert table. Live entertainment is featured, and a few servers are always hovering, ready to fill your champagne glass or coffee cup at a moment's notice.
