This New York-styled restaurant is within the Sebel hotel complex, on Viaduct Harbour. Renowned chef Michael James is in charge--his motto is "Simple fare with flair"--and the outstanding presentation of quality ingredients is bound to impress. This is a spacious restaurant, giving a feeling of privacy at your table. Delights from the menu include oyster shooters, tempura vegetables, crispy duck, crayfish and juicy steaks all beautifully prepared. The wine list is extensive, with local and foreign wines, special dessert wines, and a selection of ports and cognacs.
