Another up-market hotel bar, Riva's palm-lined facade is at the front of the Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit Hotel. The dance floor fills with groovy young and not-so-young things strutting their stuff to the music of contemporary bands. There is a centrally-located bar, plus some good window seats to gaze on the unfortunates stuck in traffic jams. The decadent restrooms are also worth a peek. Prices are not cheap: local beers are THB180, imported THB210, house wine THB190 per glass and spirits from THB210. Special offers: Wednesdays are Ladies Nights with half-price drinks, and Tuesdays are Tourism Nights with half-price drinks.
