This is one of the best places if you like meat, be it roasted, grilled, chargrilled, barbecued... Excellent choiced include the chacinas al infierno, pork roasted in cooking wine and done to a turn, and the various types of black sausage (blood pudding): with rice, from Burgos, home-made style, etc. The fare on offer is heavy in cholesterol, but always of the best quality. The red wine list to go with red meats is as long as the menu.

The desserts are home-made, and if you like sweet things, try the tocino de cielo (literally "bacon from heaven), which is a pudding made with egg yolk and syrup. The service is first class, and the restaurant is spacious and decorated in a rustic style.
