This place is rightfully named. The open kitchen is almost as big as the seating area. The chefs are usually hard at work among the hissing grills and steam because the price and quality of food make it a popular restaurant. An all-you-can-eat bread bar (with delicious butter) does not leave you satisfied so much as craving more. If you want an idea of what is being served for lunch (a particularly good time to go), then check out the display outside the entrance. The chefs sometimes incorporate local ingredients, like mentaiko, into their dishes.
