Savour American-sized helpings from the Deep South. The setting includes red-chequered vinyl-covered tables and decor pieces from the Wild West. Flags from the South including Civil War Georgia are found within the dining area. Popular choices are deep fried calamari (SGD10.50), Buck's BBQ pork ribs (SGD18), beef ribs (SGD24), as well as Chicken Country Style (SGD13.50), served with wedges or baked potato and coleslaw. Recommendations include the Clam Chowder Buckaroo style (SGD7)--a seafood soup served in a bun. Fruit juices, soft drinks and beer are available. Corkage is charged for wines (SGD10) and spirits (SGD20).
