Although a part of Food Culture, this restaurant has a separate dining area and service counter--perfect for some cool and quiet enjoyment of cuisine unique to this region. Decorations are tasteful, with large blue Chinese vases filled with orchids placed strategically in corners. A smaller vase (also orchid-filled) serves as a centrepiece at every table, which is covered with crisp white linen. At some tables, there is a steamboat cooker. For SGD15, diners can have unlimited servings of seafood, chicken, beef, and vegetables served buffet style. There are also soft drinks (SGD1++), tea and beer (SGD8++).
