The menu in this cozy downtown eatery can best be summed up as "Caribbean eclectic." Dubbed "The Original Fusion Restaurant," the Savana offers a menu inspired by the flavors of the Caribbean islands with accents from Southeast Asia and other international locales. Main courses include Grilled Marlin and Guatemalan Shrimp. The appetizers are equally eclectic. Servings are generous and the service is attentive without being overbearing.
