With its dark panelling, subdued lighting and private booths, Hy's is a perfect setting for a power lunch or a candlelit dinner for two. Although the menu is extensive, with selections that include baked Shellfish Thermidor and Filet of Salmon, Hy's specialty is its Charcoal-Broiled Steaks.
