From the outside you might just think this is another office tower, but upon stepping through the doors you realize that you are mistaken. Rockport, Haagan Dazs, Hush Puppy, Esprit, and about every other name brand you can imagine can be found here. Upstairs is an Eslite Bookstore, and on the ground floor is a food arcade including Italian, Indian, Korean, European, and Chinese restaurants and a very well-stocked wine shop. All of this primarily caters to the Jasper Villa residents who pay a minimum of TWD150,000 a month for an apartment.
