This luxurious inn is a haven for food lovers. From starter to dessert, the classic recipes are perfectly executed. The quality of the ingredients and the professionalism of the kitchen is evident in the menu and presentation. Slivers of Smoked Lamb Loin, saddle of Rabbit a la Royale and the Calisson d'Aix (a small marzipan cake) with Crystallised Melon are all delicious. This restaurant reflects the spirit and authenticity of the region.
