Crab HouseBlvd Kukulcán Km 14.7, Zona Hotelara, Cancun, MexicoTel: +52 998 885 3936 Due to the damage caused by Hurricane Wilma, the following description may no longer be accurate. Please consider this when making your travel plans. This is one of the most exclusive restaurants in Cancun. Catering to a clientele with demanding tastes, the chefs are extraordinary at preparing delicacies. Delights include the Mango Shrimp, crocodile fajitas and the famous "impossible" flan, an unusual mixture somewhere between chocolate cake and vanilla flan, merged in a sort of sandwich. It has a tropical atmosphere, ideal for feasting on seafood and extravagantly prepared fish. This dining establishment won't let you down. Valet parking is available.

“Worst experience ever in a restaurant in Mexico. My brother, my two kids and I went to the crab house in Cancun in August of '06 and their service was terrible. My kids ordered a hamburger and fish fingers while we ordered seafood. The kid meals took about 45 min. To be brought out and we sat there almost 2 hours and our meals were never brought out. The waiters kept trying to serve us drinks. There were only 3 tables occupied in the whole restaurant. We finally got up and the rest. Manager. Said we had to pay for what we consumed. I agreed and asked how we were going to be compensated for the loss of our time and he said that didn't matter. You could only imagine how angry I was and after all that we were literally shoved out the door by one of the waiters. The rest manager. Sarcastically looked us in the eye and told us to have a nice evening after. Unless you want an experience like this your better off skipping this place!” 1 of 3 people found this review helpful.
