Chef Marisoll Hernandez offers contemporary gourmet fare at her exquisite Old San Juan establishment. She graduated from the Culinary Institute of America and has earned many prestigious accolades. Located on Calle Cristo, set in a Venetian-style courtyard surrounded by ornate balconies, this restaurant offers specialties such as a small duck Caesar salad or a cream of exotic wild mushroom soup. Then feast on a beef tenderloin or a fillet of salmon, followed by Chef Marisoll's dessert specialty, a creme caramel.
