Blue Cactus has the same owners as the Italian place across the river, Boathouse. Original and often interesting paintings adorn the walls. In the warmer months there is a small outdoor seating section. The large bar is popular in its own right, and if you haven't made a reservation, you may have to wait there awhile. The chimichangas are especially tasty; margaritas are a popular choice to wash them down with. The portions here are huge and hard to finish.
