For those who prefer the American cuts and red meat, Ruth Chris offers the most select pieces. For a long time now, throughout its many restaurants in Mexico, Ruth Chris has gained a reputation for excellence by offering exceptional prime rib cuts. Complement the main dish with a green leaf salad, mashed potato or a baked potato with mushrooms on the side. Then have a brownie with ice cream as dessert and maybe a cup of coffee to finish. High prices. Well-stocked cellar.
