The British was established in 1838 and is one of South Australia's best-known and most historic pubs. Full of old-world charm and atmosphere with an elegant garden courtyard, this hotel makes a great place to unwind. The restaurant serves a wide range of modern Australian cuisine, specialising in meat dishes. Alternatively, visitors can cook their own meals on the courtyard barbecue. Anyone with a taste for fine wine and beer will not be disappointed.
