This restaurant is run by the famous Poursel brothers, who display tireless imagination in the quest for new and exotic flavours. Prepare yourself for a unique culinary experience, featuring such creations as Courgettes en fleurs farcies aux palourdes emulsionne de basilic (courgettes stuffed with clams and basil) and the delicious Croustillant de Langoustine ("crusty" scampi). The dining room, with its large bay windows, is housed within the luxurious four star hotel of the same name.
