Casa Emilio is located in an attractive relaxed area of the Hato Rey business district. Serving traditional Andalucian (Southern Spanish) fare, the chef's signature dish is recommended: Gazpacho (cold tomato-based soup). Wines are predominantly from Spain. Emilio's is popular with the mature, upscale clientele of locals and travelers. The restaurant features handsome Latin decor and traditional Spanish Flamenco dancers who perform on Sa evenings.
