The name of this establishment may be a little deceiving, as Diamante (diamond) has connotations of luxury. This Mexican style restaurant, serving grilled meats has a very informal atmosphere. We strongly recommend you try their "raciones" (portions), similar to Spanish tapas, with many choices to be had. Grilled meat is their specialty, so you can order different cuts, like solomo, punta trasera, churrasco, lomito, mariposa as well as pinchos (kebabs), chorizos and morcillas (spicy Spanish sausages). Try fried or boiled yuca, saldas, cheeses and sauces to accompany the delicious meat. To round off your evening, stay beyond 7:30pm, so you can enjoy live boleros.
