VIPS was established a couple of decades ago and has since become very popular for its versatile character and its appealing dishes. Their menu includes cuts of meat, poultry and fish. They also serve informal food like hamburgers, molletes and burritos, as well as fruit cocktails and light meals for the diet-conscious. It is suitable for a family meal out, a business dinner or a date. They serve very accessible executive menus for time- and money-conscious businesspeople. The decor is simple and modern, mostly in orange and cherry colors. There are tables and an express service bar. They have more than 30 branches in Mexico state, all with parking. Another location is at Canal de Miramontes y Acoxpa, Col. Villa Coapa.

“My safe haven when I was in Mexico. Great service and great food. It was traditionally Mexican with a Western feel to it, everything looked and felt clean and well regulated. I'd definitely go again the next time I'm in Mexico and would recommend you to do the same.”

“My sister got ecoli the night before we left Mexico from a cheeseburger that she ordered and ate. It's lucky we got home when we did. She got to the doctor in time to get treated with an antibiotic.”
