In the heart of the historical San Telmo district, this eatery retains the charming simplicity of its beginnings in the colonial Buenos Aires of the 19th century. The restaurant boasts an air conditioned enclosed patio that is popular at lunch time during the summer season.

Menu items revolve around traditional Buenos Aires dishes and are reasonably priced. Regulars recommend the sole with shrimp sauce, the wide variety of soups, vitel thone, champignons with cheddar, milanesas (thin slices of fried breaded meat) and top sirloin seasoned with the house signature sauces.

Prices vary from $15 to 25 per person, depending on the combination. Private parking is available.
