This trendy cafe offers the north end of Kensington Village thick, heavy bagels, served both toasted with cream cheese and as a sandwich with sliced meats and vegetables. There are no tables, only high-backed bar stools arranged along counters by the windows. The selection of premium coffees is good, with some of the best mocha and cappuccino in the Village, as well as a well-stocked cooler of exotic soft drinks and juices. The bagels are CAD .75 apiece and can be bought by the dozen for CAD 5 on Tuesdays. There are about a dozen varieties of cream cheese, including the zesty Romano combination, and a rack of cookies and muffins.
