Gantry's is the in-house restaurant and bar of the Centra Auckland Hotel. The setting is ancient Greece, with a village backdrop and Greek statues and columns. Gantry's offers contemporary cuisine, complemented by an extensive wine list and excellent service. For an entree, try stir-fried New Zealand scallops on Japanese soba noodles, with baby bok choy and citrus dressing (NZD15), and for a main, try herbed pork tenderloin with garlic mashed potato, vegetable timbale and apple cider sauce (NZD24).
