This long-standing favourite is Vancouver's top steakhouse. The selection of beef at this downtown establishment is impressive, from the filet mignon (11 ounces) to the Cayenne Rubbed Rib Steak. The menu is huge, and the decor is West Coast steakhouse all the way: large, comfortable leather chairs, dark wood everywhere, and white linen on every table. Reservations are highly recommended.
