Wellington's only floating restaurant offers great views--city lights, ferries, and a procession of yachts sailing into the nearby marina. The marine theme continues inside the restaurant, which is light and spacious. Children will enjoy the novelty of eating in a boat. Try it on a Sunday--they have been dedicated 'family day'. New Zealand seafood is a speciality though meat and vegetarian dishes are also available. Seafood fans should try the Mystery Seafood Bounty - a selection of seasonal seafoods. Fully licensed with bar area for pre-dinner drinks.

  • Too many fries in the children's menu.
