If sushi is what you're after, then a trip to this little hole-in-the-wall in the heart of the Bishop Street bar and restaurant district should fit the bill. The sushi here is done with extra grace and the kind of presentation that dazzles onlookers. Little wonder: the man wielding the knife is none other than Koji Ishiwaka, a pioneer in Montreal's sushi cuisine. While sushi is the star attraction, the restaurant also offers a full menu of traditional Japanese fare. Dinner for two, excluding wine or tip, ranges from CAD30-75.
