This classy restaurant is the stuff that dreams are made of: romance, candlelight, music and late night suppers. The views of Manhattan are spectacular and the service always glitters. The menu is filled with extremely expensive Italian fare, such as wild mushroom ravioli and roasted artichoke with onion custard. Jacket and tie are required for men.
