Södra hamngatan 2, Brunnsparken, Gothenburg, Sweden

In the middle of Brunnsparken you will find Palace, a large, white and quite palatial building. It was built in 1751 and used to be the home of Pontus and Mathilda Furstenberg, well known patrons of the arts who founded Valand's School of the Arts. In 1993, Palace was restored back to 1880s style. There are three floors. The ground floor houses the restaurant and nightclub (also with live music, admits 500-700 people), as well as a casino. The first floor houses conference rooms and a restaurant, and the second floor has a banqueting room.
