Thanks to Lee On's unpretentious, well-prepared Cantonese cuisine this restaurant's popularity goes from strength to strength - after over 30 years of feeding the Edinburgh public, it has added "New" to its title despite a lack of radical changes to either decor or menu. In addition to its loyal locals and the Chinese community, theatre-goers are amongst the frequent visitors to peer out of its familiar porthole windows.
