A cosy and welcoming Italian coffee and sandwich bar with rather attractive staff, which is always packed out at lunchtimes. Some of the comfy stools are beside a glass frontage which provides some of the best people-watching views in Glasgow. A huge selection of speciality coffees is on offer and there are lots of temptingly gooey desserts displayed. Special offers are on blackboards in the front window and usually include things like steak ciabatta and soup of the day for #3.95.

  • Food not bad.
  • Worst cappuccino I have ever tasted.

“My experience in this cafe as a sit-down customer was appalling on a whole. The atmosphere was generally unfriendly and priority was clearly given to takeaway customers. ”
