A large, modern, elegant Italian restaurant - all subdued lighting, brushed metal and chrome - this family-owned establishment is the flagship of a successful local chain which has locations in Didsbury, Bury, Hale and out into Merseyside. The food is high-class and the menu comprehensive, with starters such as Avocado al Granchio (avocado filled with crab and lemon mayonnaise) and main courses which include Pollo Principessa (chicken breast cooked with cream, white wine and asparagus tips).
