This is a friendly, homely Italian licensed restaurant and pizzeria situated in central Chorlton. Michelangelo is a popular venue for large parties or special events, just mention the occasion to the staff and you're sure to receive a nice surprise. The place is particularly busy in summer, when the removable glass frontage allows diners to enjoy an almost al fresco-style eating experience. The prices are reasonable (expect to pay around #5 or #6 for pizza and pasta dishes, #8 to #10 for fish or meat) with regular early evening special offers. There is a small, but well priced, wine list with plenty of Italian choices and bottled beers such as Peroni are also available.
