This classy restaurant in Longfield's Hotel has a reputation for creative food combinations and dramatic presentations. Some of the celebrated dishes include roasted scallops and prawns, loin of lamb scented with rosemary and garlic, and fillet of turbot with coriander. The decor is somewhat less dramatic with a relaxed informal atmosphere, keeping centre-stage for what really matters: the food.
