If a traditional restaurant is your thing, then Le Coq Hardi is certainly worth a visit. Located in a Georgian house, it is plush, comfortable and elegant. It also boasts a renowned wine cellar and a fabulous cheese board. The food is quality Irish: smoked haddock or chicken stuffed with potatoes and mushrooms are tempting options. It's expensive but certainly worth it, and lunch still remains a reasonably good value for the money.
