Sparkbrook is the heart of Balti-land, and there are some fairly decent establishments amongst the truly great ones. But this is one of the great ones, you'll be pleased to hear. Free pappadoms and dips are available, starters are freshly cooked (not microwaved) and the chef's speciality are highly recommended - try the garlic chilli chicken if you're stuck. Al Frash means butterfly.

  • Excellent food, service and family friendly.
  • Smoking is allowed.

“My family have been going to the Al-Fresh for many years now and every time it lives up to our expectations. I have never tasted Korma like it and have tried a fair few! Children are made to feel welcome too and smaller portions are available. A lovely, friendly place to go and be guaranteed good food and service.”
