During the day it is a restaurant and cafe. Lunch costs about EUR 6-8, and the salads and cakes are quite good here. At night, Victor's is a meeting place for bar enthusiasts - not just for the very important ones with their cellular phones - it used to be like that, but things have changed. Now pleasant people from all walks of life sit around the many bistro-like tables behind those huge front windows, and enjoy tasty snacks and dishes and life in general. The 60 seats outside are very popular especially on warm summer evenings. The menu changes regularly. A good example of the food on offer is chicken breast on peanut sauce, vegetables and rice EUR 9.
