"Nanking" has been around since 1973 and is therefore one of the most traditional Chinese restaurants in the heart of Hanover, and is very popular as well! The menu is very large and diverse: you can choose from more than 100 different dishes. The recommended specialities all have duck as the main ingredient. Try 'Te Pan', cooked and served in a large cast iron pot. There are also some well thought out menus for two.
